Return & Exchange Policy eligibility
Customers must be able to produce an invoice number corresponding to the merchandise purchased.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition – unwashed and unworn with the original tag intact.
Merchandise have to be returned within 2 weeks from purchase date as stated on the invoice.
We will reject requests for Returns & Exchanges for the following:
For every product on site, we have measurements indicated. Hence it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that they have made sure that they have purchased the correct size. On our side, we will make sure to measure every piece of merchandise as accurately as possible and provide all necessary measurements. Please allow an allowance of +/- 3cm for every measurement due to differences in the material, stretch and fit of every merchandise.
Loose threads and tiny spots/stains which are not obvious under natural light are not considered defects.
We do quality checks on every piece before sending it out to ensure every piece is in a perfect condition.
Due to varying screen resolutions and specs for different devices, the color of our merchandises may not be as genuinely presented. We will do our best to reflect the colors of our merchandises as precisely as possible but we will not allow any Returns & Exchanges for items which have ‘color differences’.
For all items returned, we will offer you a one-to-one exchange of the same product. Only in the event that the item is out of stock, then will refunds or exchanges for items of the same value or higher value will be allowed. Top-ups will have to be borne by the customer.
All Return & Exchange requests are considered on a case by case basis to our discretion. Hence if we have overlooked any aspect, do let us know and we will gladly do an exchange for you because we’re humans who make errors too! And we wouldn’t want to spoil your shopping experience with us.
